Building a consistent digital presence for a new construction workforce platform.
SubbieHub is a construction workforce management platform created to connect contractors, subcontractors and skilled trades while simplifying the way construction businesses manage their workforce.
Eleve Haus was brought in to develop and manage SubbieHub's social media presence — taking the existing brand identity and translating it into a cohesive, recognisable digital experience across multiple platforms.
The project began with establishing the foundations. This included setting up and developing the company's LinkedIn business presence, refining existing social profiles, updating branded assets, social icons, banners and cover imagery, and creating a consistent visual direction across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
From there, I developed an ongoing content strategy and monthly content calendar, planning each piece of content around a considered mix of brand awareness, education, contractor pain points, platform features, workforce management, compliance and conversion-focused messaging.
Each campaign is taken from concept through to delivery — including content planning, creative direction, graphic design, copywriting and platform-specific adaptation. Instagram content is redesigned where required for LinkedIn rather than simply reposted, ensuring the creative works appropriately across different formats and audiences.
The first campaign introduces the SubbieHub platform while progressively communicating its wider offering — from connecting employers with skilled trades to qualification verification, certificate expiry management, workforce records, pricing and subcontractor workforce management.
Alongside content creation, Eleve Haus manages the ongoing social presence through content scheduling and publishing, community engagement and profile management, helping build awareness and establish a professional, consistent presence as the platform grows.
